  • Register with Accounts:
    Customers who do not have a card issued by UBA Plc should download by sending an SMS to 20220, agree to terms and conditions and click on “register with account”.
  • Register with Debit Card:
    Customers who have a debit card issued by UBA Plc should download by sending an SMS to 20220, agree to terms and conditions and click on “register with debit card”; a PIN is automatically generated and sent to the customer’s phone.
  • Register with Prepaid Card:
    Customers who have a prepaid card issued by UBA Plc should download by sending an SMS to 20220, agree to terms and conditions and click on “register with prepaid card”; a PIN is automatically generated and sent to the customer’s phone.
