UBA Sierra Leone honoured a football friendly match invite from Ministry of Finance

On August 1, 2022 UBA Sierra Leone received an invitation to a football friendly match from Ministry of Finance. This is part of the ministry’s social activities to invite reputable institutions with a well-structured football team to a football match.

UBA staff honoured the invite and on Saturday August 6, 2022 participated in the match with Ministry of Finance staff at SS Camp, IMATT. In attendance was the MD/CEO of UBA Sierra Leone, Mr Usman Isiaka, cross section of UBA Executive Management Committee (EMC) Members, cross section of Management staff of Ministry of Finance and staff members of UBA and the Ministry of Finance. The match started at 10:30 am with the MD/CEO of UBA doing the kickoff.

The purpose of the match was to continue strengthening the good relationship between the institutions and help employees enhance their physical and mental ability to perform better in future. The match ended 4-3 with UBA conceding defeat to Ministry of Finance.
